Natski's Sunny Scallops

This reciepe turned out to be quite delicious. The scallops tasted GREAT! I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when Nate said that he wanted to try out a new reciepe that required using sun chips as bread crumbs with scallops. I knew I loved scallops and often eat them pretty plain, but these were no ordinary scallops. My mouth waters just thinking about them.

Ingredients needed:
Garden Salsa Sun Chips (crushed)
2 eggs
flour
scallops
garlic

for side:
Rissoto (any flavor)
Asparagus
Mushrooms
